Ordering Process:  We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders processed on weekends or holidays will be processed 1-3 days following the business day.

Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
• Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs clearance procedures. Please allow 7-14 business days for international orders. 

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
